London Golf Tours was founded by Simon Tait & Dave Saunders who came up with the bright idea of founding London Golf on a golf trip to Troon back in May 2004 - the year that Tod Hamilton came along and surprised everyone by lifting the Claret Jug. Simon & Dave had always shared a lot in common; Simon married Dave's sister 18 years ago, so that was a good start. And golf was another love they had in common. While riches on the golf tours might have eluded them, they both shared a passion for the game and and especially the thrill of playing great new courses for the first time. So when Simon had the chance to sell his design agency, and Dave was offered his chance to leave the IT business, they didn't think twice and London Golf was born.
It's this same enthusiasm and passion for the game and great courses that they love to share with their clients - "We started this website with the philosophy that every golfing visit to England, Scotland, Wales or Ireland should be the most memorable vacation of your life".
