The Grove's 18-hole championship golf course designed by Kyle Phillips will host the World Golf Championships, American Express Championship 2006 – the first time within the UK. Even in mid winter the course is in impeccable condition. Despite being so young it feels like an established course. The front 9 feels more links-like with not too many trees, whereas the back 9 is more parkland like. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience 5 star golf.
