The Inn at Lathones
The Inn at Lathones is a charming old century coaching inn just five miles from the famous golfing and University town of St Andrews in Fife. The Inn has a relaxed and cosy atmosphere with open log fires, great food, real ales and a fine selection of whiskies. The proprietors Nick and Jocelyn White and the staff are always ready to help their guests with any special arrangements needed to make the best of their stay in this lovely part of Scotland. There are 14 bedrooms, comfortable, individually designed and all with en-suite bathrooms. Some of these are in the Stables, the oldest part of the Inn which dates from the 16th century. Martin Avey , Executive Chef at the Inn Joined in January and has maintained and enhanced the already high standards Marc Guibert had set and is working on new and exciting menus. He is committed to using the wonderful fresh produce of the area. The Inn has direct access to the finest seafood in Scotland through the fishing villages of East Neuk just a few miles from the Inn.
