For over a century, golfers have walked its rolling fairways, nestling in a beautiful landscape of dunes and wild grasses. Stunning vistas alter by the minute as the light changes and it is easy to forget that you are here to play golf.

You could play Hunstanton on seven consecutive days and feel like you have played seven different courses – the magic never fades. All your skills will be put to the test as will every club in your bag. And just when you start dreaming of breaking par, the course and elements will contrive to make sure they remain dreams. But then again….

A warm welcome awaits

The newly refurbished clubhouse offers a friendly and warm welcome. Take in the magnificent view of the course and the rolling waves beyond as you enjoy freshly prepared meals and refreshments.

During the summer months the terrace awaits overlooking the 1st tee and 18th green, whilst throughout the winter a roaring fire will warm you through. Perhaps over a pint you will plan your return, now that you have discovered one of the finest examples of a true British links.

The home of champions

When James Braid viewed the existing layout, he worked as the great architects of his day did, by blending the course into its existing surroundings and making the most of its natural features. Today, you will still find 18 holes uplifting and spectacular from your first drive to the last putt.

As host to over 30 championships, many golf champions have also enjoyed these challenges. With strategies to beat the billowing grass, cavernous bunkers, lofty dunes and slick putts, they have all come and gone, but eager to return.
