Saint-Endréol

Saint-Endréol is considered as one of the most spectacular golf courses of Southern France amid a splendid natural site. The Roquebrune mountain which dominates the site is set ablaze by the setting sun, while the river l’Endre meanders through century old parasol pines. The 6800 yards course consists of impeccably maintained fairways and is sculpted all around by a seductive and varied landscape. And the 13th hole with its intimidating precipice and green set on the river l’Endre 90 feet below, will surely get your pulse racing. A memorable signature hole indeed.

This course created quite a stir when it opened for play in 1989 and reason is this - the Dyes did some serious earth moving when they built the course and the result is a mix of styles, ranging from links-like holes with blind shots to UK target-style holes protected by water.  Blessed with natural beauty, Barbaroux is surrounded by vineyards and Mediterranean pine trees covering the hillsides and is sure to charm any visitor.
