  DAY 2

- Play golf at The Berkshire Golf Club
- Visit Windsor Castle

The Berkshire stands alongside Sunningdale and Walton Heath as one of very few clubs in the British Isles that can boast having two heathland courses in the top 100 golf courses. The Berkshire is a wonderfully traditional club  which has an air of old world opulence rather than stuffiness. It was designed by Herbert Fowler in 1928. The Red course is unique in having 6 short holes,6 par 4's and 6 par 5's. The Blue course is more conventional and not quite as undulating as the Red but has a very strong finish of four tough par fours. It also opens up with an excepionally testing par 3, with the tee directly in front of the clubhouse window, and the green a fragile target resting on a distant plateau. All in all, The Berkshire is as good a golfing experience as you can find.

  DAY 3

- Play golf at Sunningdale Golf Club
- Private transfer to London to see West End show

Conveniently located less than thirty miles west of London, Sunningdale Golf Club is blessed with two magnificent golf courses, laid out on the most glorious piece of heathland imaginable. The Old Course, originally designed by, Willie Park in 1901, is the more famous of the two but only gained the name "Old" when the New Course, designed by Harry Colt, was opened in 1923. Both courses wind their way through a sea of heather, gorse and pine, while each hole boasts its own unique character and charm. With virtually every hole played in splendid and beautiful isolation, it is no wonder the Old may be the most beloved inland course in the British Isles. There are those who like the New Course equally as well - either way, this is rich, handsome and challenging golf, Harry Colt in top form.

  DAY 4

- Play golf at Walton Heath Golf Club
- Return to airport -
depart

Walton Heath was founded in 1903 and the course was opened for play in May 1904. The course was laid out by W. Herbert Fowler, a leading amateur golfer. It was his first golf course venture and he went on to become one of the leading golf course architects of his era, both in the U.K. and America. It is a tribute to Fowler's genius that he created one of the finest examples of heathland golf, which so closely resembles the traditional seaside links courses, out of a jungle of heather, gorse and bracken. Walton Heath hosts some high profile tournaments each year, notably it is a venue for US Open qualifying. The membership boasts many familiar names from British government such as Sir Winston Churchill, as well as familiar golf names such as James Braid, the club's first professional !
