The Open Golf Championships will return to Royal Lytham & St Annes in Lancashire, from 19th to 22nd July.

Can Darren Clarke repeat his amazing win at Royal St George’s, will Rory Mcllory add the British Open to the US one he won last year or will Tiger suddenly find that winning touch again…?

The last time The Open was held at Royal Lytham was 2001, when David Duval held on for his maiden Open, after the infamous incident with Ian Woosnam when he discovered he had an extra club in his bag !

We’ve come up with 2 main bases for your accommodation – staying either around Blackpool & St Annes, so you’re no more than 10/15 mins away from Lytham. For your golf, you can choose between some lovely local links that include Fleetwood, Fairhaven & St Annes.

Or you can base yourselves in the pretty seaside town of Southport, an hour to the south of Lytham, where there’s a veritable treasure chest of magnificent links on your doorstep, that include Royal Birkdale, Hoylake, Formby & Hillside.

British Open accommodation tends to get booked up very early for any Open Golf Championships, so you are strongly advised to book well in advance.

All our Lytham golf packages will include British Open golf tickets for all 4 days or just the weekend. If you reserve early enough, we can also secure reserved parking in one of the approved R&A designated parking areas close to the ground
